The system enables you to:
Collect and collate all necessary data safely and anonymously
Staff members can complete surveys from their smart phones or mobile devices
Monitor and manage survey completion
Produce a comprehensive report based on the survey data

| Once you have registered, the system will give you a survey link which you can email to all staff | |
| 3 | Complete the Surveys |
| Your staff will be able to complete individual surveys and the system will keep you up to date with progress | |
| 4 | Download your Report |
| Once staff have completed surveys, the system will allow you to download an aggregated report | |
| 5 | Submit your data to the regulator |
| This is a data collection tool, use the collated report to submit your data using the appropriate Regulator's website. | |
