The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requires all law firms to provide a diversity survey for their employees to complete, although employees are not obliged to complete it.
Once the survey has been completed, the aggregate data has to be reported to the SRA, via its prescribed reporting portal.
The SRA has announced the reporting deadline as the 30th September 2015 and are encouraging firms to start collecting data now.
